He was a japanist, an artist. He was a spinner, photographer, painter, and potter, a thrower, a trimmer, a glazer, a teacher. Not much of an extruder. He was a sailor, a senior chief, a swimmer, a sunbather, a skier, an editor, a commuter and computer. He was a pepper cook and eater. Ron was a brother and a father, a son, uncle and husband.
